What to Expect

Each extension is carefully applied to a single natural lash, placed 0.5–1.0mm from the skin  completely safe for your eyes and skin. The result is a seamless, natural-looking enhancement that is entirely your own.
After your first full set, we recommend a refill every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking their best.

To Keep Your Lashes Looking Beautiful

Natural lashes follow their own growth cycle, and over time, older adhesive can begin to break down. Regular refills and a full replacement every two to three visits will help maintain the most beautiful, long-lasting results.

At-home care is just as important! Just like your hair, your lashes should never be left wet after washing. Use a cool setting on your blow dryer or a small fan to gently dry them, then brush through softly to keep them neat. This simple routine makes a big difference in how long your lashes last!

Length, curl, and thickness are all fully customizable. Through a personalized consultation, Mikiko will work with you to create the perfect lash design that is uniquely yours.

For the best results, please arrive with clean eyes, free of mascara, eyelash curlers, and eye makeup. This helps ensure optimal adhesion and longevity.

施術について

エクステンションは自まつ毛1本1本に丁寧に装着し、皮膚から0.5〜1.0mmの間隔を空けて取り付けますので、皮膚や目への影響はありません。自まつ毛に自然に馴染む、美しい仕上がりをお楽しみいただけます。
初回は全体装着を行い、その後は2〜3週間に1度のリフィルで、いつも美しい状態をキープできます。

美しいまつ毛を長持ちさせるために

まつ毛には自然な生え変わりのサイクルがあり、時間とともに古い接着剤が劣化していきます。定期的なリフィルや2、3回に一度の付け替えを行うことで、より美しく長持ちする仕上がりをお楽しみいただけます。
そして、ご自宅でのセルフケアもとても大切です！髪の毛と同じように、まつ毛も洗った後は濡れたままにしないで、ドライヤー(冷風)もしくはファンなどでさっと乾かして、優しくブラッシングをして整えてあげましょう、持ちが良くなります！

Q & A


Q. How long will my extensions last?
A. Results vary depending on your natural lash growth cycle and daily habits. On average, extensions last 2–4 weeks. Regular refills every 2–3 weeks are recommended to maintain the best appearance.

Q. How long does the appointment take?
A. For first-time clients, please allow approximately 1 hour 15 minutes to 2 hours, including consultation. Refill appointments typically take 1 to 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on the style and number of lashes.

Q. I have sensitive skin. Will eyelash extensions be safe for me?
A. Absolutely. Extensions are applied 0.5–1.0mm away from the skin and never directly on it. We also offer a low-sensitivity glue option for those with delicate skin. Please let us know during your consultation.

Q. Will my natural lashes get damaged?
A. When applied correctly with the appropriate style and weight for your natural lashes, there should be no damage. At Ecru, we carefully assess your lashes during consultation and always prioritize their health and integrity.

Q. My lashes are thin and sparse. Can I still get extensions?
A. Yes, absolutely. This is actually one of our specialties. We will assess your natural lashes and recommend the most suitable style to enhance your eyes while keeping your lashes healthy.

Q. Is eyelash extension only for young women?
A. Not at all. Beautiful lashes have no age limit. Our clients range across all ages — in fact, one of our most loyal clients is in her 80s and loves her lashes! If you feel your eyelids are heavy or starting to sag, eyelash extensions can create a beautiful lifting effect that makes your eyes look refreshed and years younger.

A. ご安心ください。エクステンションは皮膚から0.5〜1.0mmの間隔を空けて装着しますので、皮膚に直接触れることはありません。敏感肌の方向けの低刺激グルーもご用意しておりますので、カウンセリング時にお気軽にご相談ください。

Q. 自まつ毛は傷みませんか？
A. 自まつ毛の状態に合った適切なエクステを選んで装着すれば、ダメージはありません。エクルでは必ずカウンセリングを行い、自まつ毛の健康を最優先に考えたご提案をしています。

Q. まつ毛が細くて少ないのですが、エクステできますか？
